ETFs

ETF’s, also known as exchange traded funds, are trading products made up of a collection of different securities such as stocks or Sukuk and at times, a mixture of different asset classes. They trade just like regular stocks, they have very low expense ratios and commissions are relatively similar to that of stocks in general, making them a very appealing product for investors and traders looking to invest in a collection of securities or one or more asset classes at once without buying the actual stock and commodity or future contracts on it.

One thing to note is that ETF’s can be bought and sold with ease and just like regular stocks and offers the ability to create a diversified portfolio without the hassle of holding hundreds of stocks.
