Mr. Mehdoui joined Investment House in 2019 and brings on board over 17 years of experience in the field of investment banking, private equity and financial advisory services. His career has seen him develop a very specific skill-set on business valuations and financial modeling for companies in several sectors including but not limited to transportation, food & beverage, education, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail sectors. His expertise also includes M & A, Shari’a compliant structure, buy side and sell side mandates and capital raising. In addition he has also played a hands on management role in the largest IPOs, across multiple industries and has gathered experience on various transaction structures. Mr. Mehdoui possess a reliable network sourcing off-market deals across the European, African and GCC markets.
