Having dedicated his entire professional career to this domain, he ascended from a customer service officer to the position of regional manager, overseeing 17 branches of a prominent national bank. In this capacity, he successfully led approximately 170 employees, guiding them to fulfill their responsibilities with excellence.
Mr. Al-Sulaiti’s expertise extends to the development of core systems for retail banking, distribution, and customer service, showcasing his multifaceted contributions to the banking industry. He played a pivotal role in the establishment and advancement of a modern Islamic bank in the State of Qatar, contributing significantly to the enhancement of Shari’a-compliant services and products.
